It is a really good eyeliner, so good that after a day of wearing it… It’s hard to get off even with makeup remover. I would fully recommend this eyeliner if you need an eyeliner that’ll stick through a full day of work even in the hot sun.

This is one of the best eyeliners I've ever used! I have very hooded eyes and I find liquid liner usually transfers, spreads, and doesn't stay in place. This eyeliner did none of that! I loved the staying power and I like that it only went where I put it! Super happy I will be buying again!

I have monolids that fold over my lashline and also get pretty oily. Not the best combination for eyeliner. This eyeliner has been the best I've found so far but is not perfect for me. If I don't prep my eyelids with A LOT of powder to control the oil, then it will still smudge in a few hours. If you don't have this problem, this eyeliner will be perfect you. And as long as I use enough powder, then it really can last all day. It is definitely waterproof and hard to remove, even with an oil based makeup remover, it's hard to take off. That also means when I make a mistake, it's hard to correct (or when it does smudge, it's hard to clean up). So you really need to be perfect with your application if you don't want to ruin or redo your entire eye look. For $9, it's a great eyeliner, but I think I just might prefer cream eyeliners more than liquid for myself.
